Digital Products (PDF Stories, Audio Books, Personalized Songs) Digital products are delivered electronically via email within 24 hours of your order being placed. No shipping is required. You will receive your personalized product at the email address provided at checkout.
If you haven't received your digital product within 24 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at shopdodieos.com.
Physical Products (Printed Books) Printed books are custom-made and typically ship within 3–5 business days of your order being placed. Delivery times after shipment are estimated as follows:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Apparel (T-Shirts) Apparel items are printed and fulfilled on demand. Production takes 2–5 business days, with delivery times of 5–10 business days within the United States.
Order Tracking Once your physical order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at dodieos@shopdodieos.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
